The review train keeps rolling on! Figma 115 Akemi Homura!!

I may not be the biggest Madoka fam, but Homura was pretty cool. She kept going back through time to protect Madoka, and even after failing repeatedly, she never gave up. Now that's friendship! I own Madoka and Ultimate Madoka, so they needed Homura to keep their shit together. I feel my collection needs her to keep the rest in line.

This is a box. It contains things I want, and I must destroy it and empty its innards to free my prize within. It's a nice purple color, and there's product photos on the back. Let's get to tearing!

Aside from the standard accessories, Homura comes with quite a few weapons ranging from a golf club to a bazooka. She includes glasses and twin tails to complete her old look, before she became a time traveling bad ass. Fuck that old school version though! The sculpt is perfect, though it brings back memories of the 3rd Madoka movie. I tried to bury those memories, dear lord I did.She comes with a second forearm for her shield gauntlet thing.

I love the weapons, they show that Homu here means business. They perfectly compliment her stoic face, and make her appear to be a strong independent woman who don't need no man! She needs Madoka though, haha lesbians.

She looks goofy and awkward with the glasses and twin tails, but they may just be, like,  my opinion, Man. The glasses can be attached to any of her faces via science.  I love her pipe bomb though, it looks hilarious with the nerdy face.

That's Li Sayoran, I'm too lazy to crop this.
Yes, Domon is her Persona, and she's teamed up with Yuki Makoto to battle evil, with his Persona Haruhi. I love figures that can point guns at their heads, don't you! Anyway as for score, an 8/10 She's a very fun figure, and is fun to pose an accessorize. Now for the obligatory group shot.

Ichiban Kuji Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 A Prize: C.C. Premium Figure NOT A BOOTLEG VERSION! HORY SHET!

I'VE WANTED THIS FIGURE FOR QUITE SOMETIME!!!! SO WHEN I SAW HER ON SALE FOR $70 ON AMIAMI'S I JUMPED ON THAT SHIT LIKE A 29 YEAR OLD VIRGIN WOULD A PASSED OUT NAKED CHICK!!! I ACTUALLY BOUGHT THIS DURING MY SUFFERING THROUGH RIDE ALONG!!! CAPS-LOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOOOOOOOOOOOOL!

AS YOU CAN TELL FROM THE BOX, THIS THING IS PRETTY BIG, I THINK IT'S 1/7 SCALE, CAUSE SHE'S BIGGER THAN MY 1/8 CODE GEASS LELOUCH FIGURE!!!

IT MUST BE COLD IN HERE!!!

AS YOU CAN TELL IF YOU HAVE EYES, THIS IS THE BEST C.C. FIGURE EVER MADE, AND YOU NEED IT IN YOUR LIFE. SHE HAS HARD NIPPLES, A SMEXY FIGURE, HER CLOTHES ARE FALLING OFF, AND SHE HAS A REMOVABLE COAT!!! WHY AREN'T YOU BUYING THIS FIGURE!!!!! GET TO IT!!! 11/10!! HOLY SHIT IS THIS AWESOME!!! GOOD LUCK FINDING A NON BOOTLEG THOUGH FOR A DECENT PRICE, YOU'LL NEED IT!!!

The Batman and Robin of anime! S.H. Figuarts Barnaby Brooks Jr. (Bunny) AND Wild Tiger!

I enjoyed the Tiger and Bunny anime enough, though that pacing and lame ending stopped me from really loving it. The designs of Tiger and Bunny's suit however really appealed to me. I swore on my Haruhi Hug pillow that I didn't own then to buy them if they were ever cheap. Last week they popped up on Amiami, with Wild Tiger for $16.50 and Bunny for $13.50. I doubt I'll ever find them cheaper, especially with my collecting winding down. I knew it was time!

The boxes are fun, and I love how in English the back of the boxes proudly proclaim product placement. The premise of the anime is superheroes gain corporate sponsors and appear on television, the better they are at being heores, the more sponsors and money they get. The show was funded completed with sponsor money itself, if the rumors are to be believed.

 Get on floor
Everybody Walk the dinosaur!
Yeah, not really. The package has a stand! How thoughtful Ban Dai! They really must hate the fans of their DBZ and Digimon lines or something. My Kazuma and Lelouch Figuarts didn't come with stands either.  It's important to note that while unpacking Bunny here, my electrical outlet started smoking, and I though the smell was coming from the package. I imagined that some Fujioshi jammed the figure up in her vagina. Anyway nothing of value was lost. The figure comes with the giant GOD LUCK MODE leg and an extra set of hands. I didn't expect much else anyway.
Come over here and I'll kick your arses to the moon!

RIDER KIIIIIICK!

Posing this figure is a bit awkward due to the heaviness of the legs, they contain metal and can unhinge the stand. I think this suit looks best in somewhat neutral posing, though that is just me. I really dig the coloring on Bunny though, it reminds me of Iron Man. Now onto Tiger, since these two deserve the same score.

Tiger was easily my favorite character from the show, I especially loved his design, the green, black, and white went together fabulously. There was never any doubt in my mind that I would end up with him at some point. Tiger here comes with his GOOD LUCK MODE arm, TWO whole sets of hands, a fabulous stand, and two forearms blasters.

The same metal leg design as Bunny weighs him down a bit during posing, but I believe it looks cool enough that it won't knock off a point for it. Tiger is basically the same idea as Bunny, just with forearm blaster accessories. Now here' time for the obligatory forearm pic and fapping joke.
They said I'd go blind, I'LL SHOW THEM!!!
I give these figures an 9/10 for the prices I paid. Seriously, go check out your local Target and see what $15 buys you toy wise, it ain't shit! Though for those of you unfortunate enough to pay full price I give them a 7/10. Great solid figures that look good in any collection.

Figma Number 069 (Whoa hoa!) Rider! Cause you know you would!

I've never been a huge Rider fan, but you can never have too many Fate/ Stay Night Figmas, nor Fate figures, so I impulse bought her last week. I'm going to end up with three Archer Figmas aren't I ? One to display, one to hoard, one to marry!

I never really noticed how long Rider's hair was til I bough this figure. Huh. I can't believe she received a figure before Archer or Lancer did, guess Japan loves it Waifus more than their husbandos. Japs have such shit taste. Seriously, she barely did anything other than die in the first two routes, why not make a Sakura Figma? JAPAN!!!!!! Well at least she wasn't yet another Saber Figma, cuz their isn't enough of those!

The weapons and their chains are so cool!!!! The boobs are nice too, you could probably eat pie off them, they're so firm and upright!  She has a separate unmasked face, and the usual hand tree. The hair ir really rubbery, which add dynamic flair to posing.

Oh yeah, check that hair! I love posing figures retardedly like this. Such fun!

Here she is with her weapons, they really look great with her flailing hair. Like she's coming to get you, Emiya Shirou! Drown in your ideals and die. There really isn't much else to say other than the score! Figma Rider- 6/10! She's a solid figure and all, but there's nothing that stands out about it. Still, a must have to fill in your Fate figures.
FIGMA ARCHER NEEDS TO JOIN THEM!!! GIVE ME A DATE MAX FACTORY, I'VE BEEN THROWING MY JEW GOLDS AT MY COMPUTER FOR WEEKS AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING!

Play Arts Kai Lightning- Vanilla version! From the time when we though FF13 might be good.

I finished Kingdom Hearts II last night, it had been almost 8 years since I first played it.  I really enjoyed the game, the reaction commands and overall sense of epicness really drive the game to great heights. I know they game is hyped to hell and back, but I really enjoyed it, and might even buy a PS Quatro to play it. Unless my brother gets one first. I'll probably play Metal Gear Solid next, though I firmly expect to hate it like the dirty hipster I am.

I never expect to pick this figure up, but when she showed up on Amiami for $25, I couldn't resist! I really need to stay off that site. I think I like this outfit the best out of Lighting's three cover costumes, though price wise they're all about the same on the Play Arts Kai aftermarket. I picked the Returns version because it was new and shinier.

It's been a long ass time since I saw this outfit, since I suffered through Final Fantasy XIII that week back in 2010. I tired to repress those memories, but the waifus and whatnot convinced me to come back! I am an awful person. I own three figures from a game I hate, what's next, liking Evangelion 3.0 Gays on pianos ?

The figure itself is beautifully sculpted, with it's awesome cape thing, and Lightnings sweet as safari shirt. Seriously, who okay-ed this design ? She looks like she's on safari with a scarf worn poorly. As with most Play Arts Kai, she's light on accessories with two hands, a weapon, and a folded weapon. Her base is the same as Vanille's, which was weird then, and still is now.

Her weapon fits snugly in its sheath, which hangs off her ass, and hits her thighs when she moves, The more I think about it, the worse this design seems. She has the standard number of belts for Tetsuya nomura design, actually she might be a bit light. She has a pretty face and hair though!
I want to BE the Lightning!

I actually did have some fun posing her, she looks really cool with her weapon. The posedness is pretty good, she isn't as top heavy as the returns version. I give Play Arts Kai Lightning my standard score of 7/10! Now let's see all three gals together!
Poor Rikku, she's a womanlet.
